Penta's first match was nothing short of electrifying. Facing Chad Gable, a skilled and seasoned competitor, Penta demonstrated why his signing was one of the most anticipated in recent memory. From his dramatic entrance to the final bell, he left no doubt about his prowess in the squared circle.
A Match to Remember
Penta’s debut against Gable was a showcase of athleticism and ingenuity. Gable, known for his technical prowess, tried to maintain control by targeting Penta’s left leg, even executing a German suplex off the apron. However, Penta's resilience and creativity shone through.
The luchador thrilled fans with a breathtaking Mexican Destroyer and his patented arm destroyer move, aptly named "The Sacrifice." Despite being caught in Gable’s ankle lock, Penta managed to escape and seal the victory with his spectacular Penta Driver, earning an impressive pinfall in his first WWE outing.
Post-Match Emotions
After the match, WWE reporter Jackie Redmond caught up with Penta for an emotional interview. With his family cheering ringside, Penta expressed gratitude to the San Jose crowd and reflected on his journey to WWE. Speaking in both English and Spanish, he thanked his supporters in Mexico and declared the start of a new era in WWE.
