"It's really unbelievable to think that I've been working through all of these different phases of my life," Lea shared in an exclusive interview. She and her husband, Zandy Reich, welcomed their first child, Ever Leo, in 2020, and now, in 2024, Lea is expecting her second child.

She told Distractify about her approach to this new phase, emphasizing the importance of being present with her loved ones. "I feel so blessed and just so grateful that I've had the opportunity to try out so many different lanes throughout my life," Lea said while promoting her partnership with Children’s Tylenol. "And I think the best thing I've learned is not to plan. It is always so wonderful when something just comes my way."

A "Broadway album" is on her mind, inspired by her year-long stint in Funny Girl, which she described as a dream come true. After her last performance in September 2023, she still finds it surreal to have lived out such a cherished dream. While Lea is open to creating a new album, she wants to ensure it carries a meaningful message. "I think that you really need to have something to say," she explained. "I've been gaining a lot of inspiration lately, and I'm sort of feeling out what that vibe might be for the next album."
